Let them do it for you !

Have you ever thought about where was that book that you have in your hands now some days ago? Can you imagine storing millions of items, of hundreds of different categories, and not only that, but knowing where is each of those items at all time and being able to retrieve it remotely??? Long question, seems impossible to achieve.

Just before you click on the “Check out” button of your favorite online store a complex process is deployed… As the online shopping becomes more popular the stores are required to have stock of more items, or at least, being able to find the products in the nearest distributor they have. Yes, that is a fact, everything we have was stored somewhere sometime, there is no magic.

Warehousing is then requiring more and more R&D, now it is just not possible to have one person going from one side to the other of a kilometric space, it is just not fast enough, too resource demanding, and therefore more expensive for the consumer (thing that you take highly into account when you purchase in an online store, right?).
